¶ Project Portfolio
The Project Portfolio module can be asessed from top right menu
The module essentially collects data across projects such as documents, contexts, etc. It also allows a view of all (filtered) projects (top level) schedules on one page.

¶ Portfolio Contexts
Portfolio contexts allows a review of all contexts for all projects, present and in the past, while filtering over any of the columns shown below. Note that the example below shows one of the lessons learned for Project DB-0001.
¶ Portfolio Schedule
Projects can be filtered on “Start Date”, Active/Non-Active" or generally on a ON/OFF checkbox
You can filter by individual project, projects starting after a specific date and whether a project is active or not.
¶ Portfolio resources - ordered by assignee
The table is ordered first by assignee, then by project.
It can be filtered for type of element ( system, task etc.), skill and seniority level. All values are esitmates, as of today. Scheduled estimates are those from a Gantt chart, unscheduled are those generated within contexts. Resources for the latter are spread evenly from “now” to the due date.
